3pm Afternoon Snack: 1 cup raw veggies and three tablespoons edamame hummus {this Consume Well Embrace Life brand is my favorite! {130 calories, 6g protein, 4g fiber}
6pm Dinner: 2 slices homemade pizza with this Whole Wheat Pizza Chaff, small side salad with Skim Milk Ranch Dressing. {571 calories, 19g protein, 13g fiber}
8pm Dessert: 2 squares seventy% dark chocolate – Millcreek Cacao Roasters is a SLC subcontract to bar chocolate maker and the chocolate is to dice for!! {140 calories, 2g protein, 3g cobweb}
